It’s a 2021 royal rumble indeed in the boxing world!

American boxer Ryan Garcia has finally turned into reality as he announced that he is set to fight Filipino legend Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao.

"A dream turned reality"--22-year-old, who is signed to Golden Boy Promotions, posted on his Instagram page a poster of a prospective fight between him and Pacquiao.

On Sunday, Garcia wrote on Instagram: "It's an honor to share the Ring with @mannypacquiao I will always respect what you did in and out the ring. Here's to the best Man Winning."

Garcia is unbeaten with 18 knockouts in his first 21 fights.

The Athletic's Mike Coppinger reported Sunday morning the camps for Garcia and Pacquiao had held "preliminary discussions."

Garcia’s possible fight with Manny Pacquiao will be the highlight of his boxing career, win or lose.

Pacquiao, 42, with a boxing record career of 62 wins and 7 losses, has not fought since July 2019, when he claimed a split decision victory over American boxer Keith Thurman to secure a welterweight championship.

A possible fight against MMA superstar Conor McGregor was derailed when the Irishman lost to Dustin Poirier by knockout at UFC 257 yesterday.

Yup, let’s wait for the final deal between these boxers—the battle of the year!
